Listing and moderation

We may approve, reject, pause, edit or delist any project at any time, with or without notice. Paid placements are subject to the same rules; if a paid listing is delisted for violating these terms, the remaining prepaid period is forfeited.

Paid placement

Paid placements are clearly labeled. Payment buys visibility, not endorsement. Refunds are not offered once a placement has started, except in cases of our own technical failure to deliver the placement.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and distribute that content on this site and in related communications.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability
